PRIVACY POLICY OF THE TERAZ.CASH SERVICE

The privacy of users (individuals using the Service and the services offered through it) and the security of their data is one of the main priorities of the Administrator in relation to the use of the Teraz.cash service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the services offered through it. Therefore, the Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the protective measures applied are effective and guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the processed information.
I. Administrator's Data
1. The personal data administrator within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: "GDPR") is Blockbridge Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, address: Święty Marcin 29 / 8, 61-806 Poznań, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0001092676, NIP: 7831899509, REGON: 528002310 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

III. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing
Personal data may be processed by the Administrator on the indicated legal basis and for the specified purposes:
a) Based on the necessity to perform a contract or take actions prior to its conclusion (Article 6.1b of the GDPR), for the purpose of: - Providing electronic services via the Service, in accordance with the Terms of Service available at: teraz.cash/tos; - Handling complaints, grievances, and reports; - Resolving technical issues; - Contacting users for purposes related to service provision.
b) Based on the necessity to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Administrator and to protect the vital interests of the data subject (Article 6.1 c and d of the GDPR), for the purpose of: - Fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the Administrator and preventing actions harmful to users or the Administrator, arising, among others, from the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, the Payment Services Act, and the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
IV. Scope of Personal Data Processing
1. The Administrator may request the user to provide personal data. In the case of a natural person, this may include: identification document details, as well as first name, last name, nationality, residential address, country of birth, tax residency information, political exposure status, phone number, date of birth, PESEL number, email address, NIP number, and the primary business address (if the user is a sole proprietor). However, for foreign users who do not have a PESEL number, it may be necessary to provide an equivalent national identification number or submit a declaration stating the absence of a PESEL number or any equivalent identification number, along with the date of birth.
2. To verify user data, the user may be required to present an identity document and other documents confirming the accuracy of the provided information. The presentation of these documents may take place, in particular, through specific verification channels.
3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
4. Providing personal data by the user is voluntary but necessary for the provision of services. Failure to provide the required data may result in the inability of Blockbridge Sp. z o.o. to provide services within the Service, including the inability to create or access an account in the Service.
V. Transfer of Personal Data
1. Data may be transferred to entities processing it on behalf of the Administrator based on agreements concluded with the Administrator, but only for the purposes and to the extent necessary for achieving the aforementioned objectives. This includes, among others, entities providing IT services or other services ensuring the proper functioning of the Service. These entities process data exclusively in accordance with the Administrator's instructions.
VI. Information Regarding the Absence of Data Profiling
1. The processed data will not be subject to profiling. Profiling refers to the automated processing of personal data that allows for the assessment of an individual's personal characteristics, particularly for analyzing or predicting aspects related to work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences or interests, reliability or behavior, location, or movement of the data subject—provided that such processing produces legal effects concerning the individual or significantly affects them in a similar manner.
2. The Service uses tools for automated data processing and for collecting and analyzing certain user information; however, this does not produce legal effects on users.
VII. Data Retention Period
1. Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of its storage or as required by law, particularly until the expiration of any potential claims or the expiration of the legal obligation for data archiving, including the obligation to store accounting documents.
2. If personal data is processed based on consent, the data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn. Consent granted in the Service, including consent for the processing of data for marketing purposes by entities cooperating with the Administrator, can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
3. In cases where data is processed based on the Administrator's legitimate interest, the Administrator will cease processing if a valid objection to processing is submitted.
VIII. Rights of Data Subjects
In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, the data subject has the right to:
a) Obtain confirmation as to whether the Administrator is processing personal data and to access the processed personal data and related information,
b) Request the rectification of personal data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete,
c) Request the deletion of personal data,
d) Request the restriction of data processing,
e) Object to the processing of personal data,
f) Request data portability, meaning the right to receive personal data previously provided to the Administrator and to transfer such data to another data controller,
g) Withdraw consent for personal data processing at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before withdrawal),
h) Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
IX. Server Logs
1. Information about certain user behaviors is logged at the server level. This data is used solely for Service administration and to ensure the most efficient hosting operation, as well as for evidentiary purposes in connection with committed crimes or circumstances related to claims in civil proceedings.
2. The accessed resources are identified via URL addresses. Additionally, the following data may be stored:
a) Request date,
b) Response time,
c) User station name – identified via the HTTP/HTTPS protocol,
d) Information on errors that occurred during HTTP/HTTPS transactions,
e) URL of the previously visited page (referrer link) – if the user accessed the Service via a redirection,
f) Information about the user's browser,
g) IP address.
3. Some of the above-mentioned data is not associated with specific users of the Service. The Administrator does not link this data to users' personal data and does not use it for user identification, as it is solely intended for server administration.
X. Changes to the Privacy Policy
To ensure that the Service's Privacy Policy continuously meets the current legal requirements, the Administrator reserves the right to modify it at any time. This also applies in cases where changes to the Privacy Policy are necessary to cover new or modified Service products or services.
